How we look after your order
Confirming your order
After your consultation and measurements, a stylist confirms the model, cloth, details, price and delivery date in writing (Zalo or printed order). Deposit and payment terms are explained when you confirm.
Fittings
Fittings are scheduled backwards from the date you need the tuxedo. If your plans change, call us early and we will rearrange.
Alterations after collection
If anything is not quite right when you collect it, or your figure changes later, bring the tuxedo to any showroom and our tailors will alter it. Your measurements are kept on file.
Collection & delivery
Collect at the showroom of your choice. Delivery within Ho Chi Minh City can be arranged; ask your stylist.
Caring for your tuxedo
Hang it on a shaped hanger, brush after wearing, dry-clean sparingly and steam rather than iron the satin facings.
